Washington Redskins The Washington Redskins , a vocational American football team ,were set up in the Washington, D.C. area. They are members of theED( Eastern Division) of the NFC(National Football Conference) in the NFL. They competes at FedExField in Landover, Maryland, which is in Prince George's County, Maryland. Their training equipments and HQ are at Redskin Park in Ashburn, Virginia,which is a community in Loudoun County, Virginia, near DIA(Dulles International Airport). In terms of Forbes Magazine, they are the second most estimable franchise in the NFL with the value at about $1.538 billion. But in 2007 it had been exceeded by their rival the DC( Dallas Cowboys) . In spite of being the second most estimable franchise, during the 2007 season they keep the top grossing team in the NFL ,with $327 million in revenue. Moreover,they have as well broken the NFL's record for single-season attendance sequence. On the whole ,they have competed for 11 NFL Championships and have gained 5, including three of the five SB(Super Bowls) where they have competed.
